The Firm handles legal matters for both franchisor and franchisee clients, as well as for parties entering into dealership or licensing relationships. Our representation includes the negotiation of franchise and dealership agreements, representation concerning lease and licensing contracts and matters, and counsel regarding entity formation and operation issues. The firm has also assisted in the preparation of Uniform Franchise Offering Circulars (UFOC’s) for franchisors, and has drafted franchise agreements and related documents such as NDA’s; non-competition, non-disclosure; and non-solicitation agreements. Additionally, the Firm handles the intellectual property matters for its clients including the filing of trademark applications and the enforcement of the owner’s rights in such intellectual property.
