In providing our services, we counsel clients on the logistics of selecting a real estate agent, mortgage broker, or lender, and then work closely with each of these parties through all phases of the purchase or sale transaction.
We assist our clients by preparing the sales contract; representing our clients’ interests with lending institutions, brokers and opposing counsel; evaluating and resolving title issues concerning the property; addressing the inspection and other closing issues that may arise; drafting and/or reviewing the closing documents and closing statements; representing the client at the closing; and handling any post-closing matters that may arise. We are also agents for several national title insurance companies.
